Returns:
If the item does not work properly due to the manufacture defect or the item doesn't match the description, you should contact us via Email (wildhemp@yahoo.com) within 30 days of receiving the item. We will reply with our details of how to return your item. Where the item must be returned within 14 days following this notification.

You can return the item if:
- The item has a manufacturer defect and in a not usable condition for its purpose
- The item does not match the description
- The item is damaged during the transit when you receive it
We do not cover the cost of freight if there is no fault with the product.

Return Requirement
1. The item must be returned in original condition with all accessories and packaging;
2. DO NOT stick or write anything on the item itself or its packaging. 
3. The item is securely packed to ensure it is received back by us with no further damage.
4. If you purchase the item wrongly or change your mind, the item must be returned in the original and resalable condition.

IMPORTANT
When returning the items, please make sure to include your order number and a note with the reason of return so we can identify the return straight away otherwise it may cause delays.
Please note, you must contact us before you make the return/exchange.
